Microsoft Office I cover the basic use of computers running the Microsoft Windows Operating System, including fundamental concepts of computer hardware and software, and familiar with a variety of computer applications, including Word Processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and Multimedia presentations. This course is designed to familiarize learners with computers and their applications, and emphasize the use of computers and technology in the work force. Learners will also investigate Internet-based applications, working with email and explore social and ethical issues related to computers.

The Advanced Microsoft Office course will provide learners with an understanding of how effectively operate and use Microsoft Word Processing, Excel Spreadsheet, and PowerPoint Presentation. The application effectively helps turn vast amounts of raw data into well-organized meaningful information in a minimal timeframe. As a result, it is a powerful tool essential for managing and presenting data in today's workforce. In this course, the learner will gain the knowledge and skills to create and edit worksheets, use formulas and functions, sort and filter detail visually, and present information in customizing animated presentations in PowerPoint format.
