To adhere to the Code Red restrictions and requirement’s, ALL students with Financial Aid Refunds have been informed through emails of the designated pick-up date, venue and time between 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. We ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive late, priority will be given to students who arrive on time. Students not able to pick up check on designated day may pick up on the last day or reschedule by contacting the Finance Office at finance@amsamoa.edu. A reminder to present a valid Identification Card. See Batch 6 distribution chart below for details:

While on campus, Campus Security Personnel will monitor and enforce:
1. Facial Masks
2. Hand Sanitizing
3. Monitor Student Temperatures and
4. Monitor all areas to limit the congregating of students

Quad Area Distribution Site
STEP 1: Student signs in at security main entrance check point (Temperature Check)
STEP 2: Security directs student to Quad Area
STEP 3: Student presents I.D. to FAO Staff Member for Financial Aid Clearance
STEP 4: FAO staff member directs student to FO Staff
STEP 5: FO Staff disburses refund check
STEP 6: Student exits the Quad Area (Quad Area West Side Exit)
