Batch 7 will be released on Monday, March 21 & Tuesday, March 22, 2022.
To adhere to the Code Red Declaration restrictions and requirements, ALL students with Financial Aid Refunds are designated a pickup date, time, and station. FAO will contact each student of the exact pickup time. We ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive late, priority will be given to students who arrive on time. Students not able to pick up check on the designated day may pick up on the last day or reschedule by contacting the Finance Office at finance@amsamoa.edu. A reminder to present a valid Identification Card. See Batch 7 distribution chart below for details:

Please be advised, Campus Security Personnel will monitor and enforce:
1. Facial Masks
2. Hand Sanitizing
3. Monitor Student Temperatures and
4. Monitor all areas to limit the congregating of students
We kindly ask students to adhere to requests including procedures at the Quad Area Distribution site:
STEP 1: Student signs in at security main entrance checkpoint (Temperature Check)
STEP 2: Security directs the student to Quad Area
STEP 3: Student presents I.D. to FAO for Financial Aid Clearance
STEP 4: FAO directs the student to FO
STEP 5: FO Staff disburses refund check
STEP 6: Student exits the Quad Area (Quad Area West Side Exit)
